Unfortunately I ordered the wrong brush. My hair is very short and I thought the brush ordered had small rounded ends on the bristles but it did not and was very scratchy on my head Sorry but not suitable ☹️

I bought Denman blowdry, brushes from Sainsbury's and found them difficult to use. My hairdresser said she couldn't use them either as they had no griphandle. Denman were, kind enough to take them back and allow me to buy the equivalent in costs from their website. By the time I paid postage both ways, I was a further £9.95 out of pocket and had items I didn't need since I bought the same brushes my hairdresser uses elsewhere. All a bit of waste of time and money. I did consider giving them to charity shop and tell them just sterilise in Miltons and sell if someone could use them.

Hi Joanne, I understand that you were hoping that we'd refund some brushes that you purchased from Sainsburys. However, as we mentioned earlier, refunds for items purchased from Sainsbury's can only be processed by Sainsbury's themselves. I'm glad to hear that Denman was able to offer you a £24 voucher as a gesture of goodwill, even though the brushes were not purchased directly from us. We always strive to provide excellent customer service and support our customers as best we can. In the future, if you encounter any issues with a product purchased from a retailer, it may be worth reaching out to the store manager directly to see if they can assist you with a refund or exchange. I am appalled by the service I received. I paid for next day delivery. This was on a Friday, the item did not arrive until the following Tuesday. I emailed the company, without any response. I would not return nor recommend.Buyer be away

I did not receive the complete order and I had to pay customs (this it is not clearly stated in the FAQ) on top of that, I had to pay customs for the whole order, never again.

Thought this company would’ve fixed this by now (user since 2014). The brush being designed removable hinders detangling as it CONTINUOUSLY POPS OUT! If people want a brush with less teeth than they should buy one because this is SUPER ANNOYING and counter intuitive! Now I have to glue the damn thing because otherwise nothing else works. Way too pricey for function.

I haven’t received my order. Spoke to customer service over two weeks ago, they offer a refund. But haven’t heard from them since. Not replying to my emails or contact form request. And no refund.

The brush tore up after a days use, only 4 clients. The material tears and whole rows pop out. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE return to your original make. It lasted and was so heat resistant. We'd love to white label a brush for our specified blow-out technique. Our email is info@paraleeboyd.com

Very frustrating that you don't give actual refund, just an exchange credit. Packaging was terrible as is open to dirt etc in shipping process.
