“I waited for tree weeks and then I only reseved half of my order!”

“I ordered the head hugger brush medium when my old one broke, I needed it urgently, I first went to boots they didn’t have the size so I bought the small, I thought going directly to DENMAN I could quickly receive the correct size, I paid for the express service, first the said it was delivered, considering my daughter is working from home so I wouldn’t have missed the delivery, so I had to reorder the I then received the large brush even though the order said medium. Out of desperation I went to Amazon got it free postage cheaper and the next day.Abi Kalyan”

“I ordered on 9 July, received an email asking me to review the products which I was yet to receive some days later. I ignored the review email and kept waiting. Two weeks later I received another review email, which meant I had to enquire what had happened to my delivery, it was apparently being returned to the sender. I was asked to reconfirm my address (which was still the same and unchanged), and was told the items would be reposted back to me. I'm thankful to have received them although in the meantime I had to buy a new present for my friend (and I get to keep a product I never really wanted).”

“I've had a denman brush for many years, when I saw this item I figured it would be the same quality and that it was time to get new one, luckily for me I had not gotten rid of my old one. I was very disappointed when I received this brush to find it was not the same quality and substandard to my old one. I've decided to keep the old one since it's holding up very well considering how old it is. Maritza”

“I could not get a hold of customer service the email address they have listed does not work. My email was returned to me as undeliverable. The phone number they have listed also did not return my phone call. I did not like the product and wanted to return it and there is no way to return it.”

“I ordered it a month ago and still no sign of the brush. The tracking number is also not working. Sent a message to the customer service about it and they haven't answered me yet. I'm really disappointed by my experience with Denman so far”

“Was disappointed to see that my brush came “unwrapped” inside a cardboard box. Especially considering the current covid pandemic. Delivery was very slow. **UPDATE** Emailed customer service as Denman requested below, still waiting for a reply 6 months later!!”
