“Was disappointed to see that my brush came “unwrapped” inside a cardboard box. Especially considering the current covid pandemic. Delivery was very slow. **UPDATE** Emailed customer service as Denman requested below, still waiting for a reply 6 months later!!”

“I ordered on 9 July, received an email asking me to review the products which I was yet to receive some days later. I ignored the review email and kept waiting. Two weeks later I received another review email, which meant I had to enquire what had happened to my delivery, it was apparently being returned to the sender. I was asked to reconfirm my address (which was still the same and unchanged), and was told the items would be reposted back to me. I'm thankful to have received them although in the meantime I had to buy a new present for my friend (and I get to keep a product I never really wanted).”

“It hasn't really done anything to help me with my waves that a cheap drugstore brush wouldn't, and detangling with it is pretty painful, unlike with my Tangle Teezer, for instance. I had much higher expectations for it, especially considering the price.”
