I was disappointed in the product since my hair is very thin and the brush is a very hard plastic bristle it hurt my scalp. And when I try to return it the Denman co is not responding to my requests.

I would have to say I am extremely disappointed in this brush. Every time I use the brush the bristle part slips out. This is the first for me and I would send back but I threw away the packaging and it would cost shipping.

The Denman brush pulls out too much hair even after I have detangled the hair before using the brush.

I was really hopeful when I ordered this brush that it would help me deal with my tangled mess of wet hair. Unfortunately, it did not. Very disappointed that it was worse that the other brushes I'd already tried. Also not happy that there is not a satisfaction guarantee so I am out $35.

I’ve been using denman brushes for years. Usually I purchase them from Sally’s or salon centric but this time I decided to purchase straight from Denman and literally all my brushes were ruined within the first time I used them. I use them during my detangling and blow dry process on clients and what I experienced I can not believe.

I did not like the product then tried to return the item so the customer service was terrible and hasn't been helpful at all even didn't call me back when I left a voicemail.

I would love to leave a good review...but I still don't have the brush. I did get an email saying someone would be in touch once they were back in the office but I have yet to hear anything.

I ordered 3x mini denman brush keyrings, but on opening the box only two had been packed.

Hi Patricia, Many thanks for sharing your thoughts. Orders for customers in the United States are fulfilled from our facility in Virginia Beach VA, not the United Kingdom. I'm sorry that it has taken so long for the parcel to arrive, its very unusual. I've used the tracking information which was provided to you to check it's status and can see that USPS picked up your parcel from our fulfilment centre on August 12th and it was last scanned at one their distribution centres yesterday on August 26th. We'll continue to monitor it's journey to you to make sure it arrives safely and we'll file a complaint with USPS for the delay. Hello Oliver, we recently issued your refund, the brushes where not delivered as USPS reported Insufficient Address, the parcel was then returned back to us, they where unable to deliver it. - Thanks, Mark.

This is not for the product. While I do stand behind the Denman brushes I’ve owned for years…this review is for their marketing of the thermal brush. I ordered the brush under the impression it was electric due to the red dot on the handle. I received the $40 brush only to find the red dot was a faux light. Stupid. You guys should put a comfy dip for your finger or something to make it more ergonomically comfortable. I’m just expecting more from this company. You guys should focus on the entire construction of every single brush you call Denman.

I bought 2 brushes for my daughter. She has used Denman brushes for the past 7 years. Brushes we received are defective thé bristles (red part) pull apart from the brush handle.

Northern Ireland is part of the European Customs Union and import tax should not have been charged to you - the Spanish Postal Service has made a mistake. If you speak to the team who charged you these fees and explain that the parcel came from Northern Ireland you should be entitled to a refund. Didn’t even get to try the product I purchased. The address didn’t include my apartment number so they sent the package back to sender. When I contacted to correct the address they took multiple days to respond and they only refunded me the cost of the brush and not the shipping cost. After I asked to see if I can get the cost back or a discount to cover the shipping cost they took multiple days to respond and I had to send another email to respond to my first email. I am not ordering from this company again until I get the full shipping cost covered that I already paid for.

Not sure you want me to write a review. What a disappointment my new brushes are! My old nine row was solid, had heft, and a discreetly embossed nameplate on the matte finished handle. The new one screams cheap with its glossy plastic and huge glaringly gold letters on the lightweight body. So sad to see a brand de-valued this way.

I never received the brush. I accidentally ordered with the wrong address. I contacted Denman about it within 3 minutes and long story short, I got a message back saying there was nothing they could do. Lost my money and the brush. I currently use a Denman like brush but really wanted to try the original. So sad.
