“Ordered 6 panels every one was chipped on the corner but that was ok as the length was not critical but one was not white It was a fawn colour and it was placed in the middle of the pack so you could not see in plus it was shorter than the rest so check your goods before the delivery driver leaves the order was delivered by their own service”

“Waterproof panels look good, were reasonably priced and delivered with no hassle. The bathroom fitter hadn't heard of DBS but was impressed and said he would be looking to use them in the future.”

“Product is great however I used your calculator to see how many panels I would need and it has actually calculated twice the amount that I needed and that included some wastage due to incorrect measurements. I suggest that you say that your calculator is not accurate. In hindsight I should have measured per panel and not used the calculator. Shame you don’t take back panels that are still in the box”

We have checked this from our end, and this does appear to be working as expected so we are not sure what has happened on this occasion. “Excellent service, delivery was prompt, product excellent, upvc ceiling boards fitted in bathroom & kitchen look amazing. Now want bedrooms done in same product. We damaged 1 board 1 telephone call f another was winging its way to us. Would definitely recommend this product & company”
