About Crazy Color:

Crazy Color® was launched in 1977 in the midst of the punk rock explosion in Britain. In a time that anarchy and free expression ruled supreme, one hairstylist was growing tired of the same natural color palette. Renato Brunas was at the height of his hairdressing career and was set to push the boundaries of color even further when he developed a new range of rainbow shades. Thus Crazy Color® was born and over 40 years later our ethos is the same, we want you to express yourself unapologetically. In every iconic pink bottle is a color that is ready to turn heads. “They didn’t put it to the order!”

“The order arrived not complete. 3 bottles are missing. I wrote an email to a customer support and no answer. I’m very disappointed”

Hi Joanna, we are so sorry there was a delay with your order and the inconvenience this has caused, We did look into this and can see your order arrived a couple of days ago.

“Sis not receive my hair dye”

“I have still not received my order - ordered a week ago. I sent an email asking for an update on delivery yesterday, but no response. VERY disappointed.”

“The black is red based and gave my dark brown hair a darker brown reddish shade. The colour stained the shower walls and floor quicker than I could have expected and it took me a bottle if toxic bleach to clean it up. I know how to wash hair professionally and it left my hair dry. I purchased the red colour as a gift and will warn the recipient to not use it unless she knows my review.”

“Rubbish to think didn't do anything to my hair”

Hi Fiona, thank you for the review; we really appreciate it. Sorry that you have had a negative experience dying your hair. We do recommend lightening hair to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before applying, to achieve the best result. However, the colour may not have stuck for a number of factors such as; if any of the previous colours remained in the hair, condition, porosity, etc. Please contact our customer service team if you have more questions regarding the application and your result.

“Don’t even bother. Their customer service it god awful. No one responds to me and it’s now 3 weeks since I ordered hair dye and no package has turned up. I’ve requested via email THREE times for an update and/or my money back and I’m being ignored. Disgusting company.”

“I applied this colour to my level 10 bleached hair and it did not take at all. If anything it just toned it with a couple of streaks of purple at the front :-(”

Hi there, thank you for the review; we really appreciate it. We are so sorry to hear that you have had a negative result using our product. There is a number of factors that may have caused the colour not to stick to your hair such as the condition, porosity, and existing colour. If you would like some help with the application in the future then please feel free to contact our customer service team.

“Unfortunately I haven't been very impressed with my crazy colour journey so far, I had high hopes after hearing such good things but I have been disappointed. My hair is lightened to white professionally and I have never had a problem with other products, but when I tried the marshmallow pink dye nothing happened. I know this is supposed to be a subtle shade but my hair did not change at all. I tried the candyfloss pink next and this time there was a slight change but it was barely noticeable and washed out in one wash, I also used the pink shampoo the try and extend the life of the colour but this did not seem to work, nor did it clean my hair properly. I have yet to try the lavender dye I also bought but I don't hold out much hope. I used plenty of dye too, my hair was completely saturated. Such a shame :(”

Hi Victoria, thank you for bringing this to our attention and apologies that your order has not arrived. It was dispatched from our warehouse on 26/09 but unfortunately appears to have gone missing with the courier. We will organise for a replacement to be sent out today on an express service and a member of our customer service team will confirm this to you via email.

“I purchased antique mauve 4 wks ago and applied it to my bleached hair and it did absolutely nothing so £5 wasted! Today I decided to try again with another colour so another £5 spent on marshmallow. This evening i applied the marshmallow to my pre lightened hair and again nothing. £10 wasted, definitely would not recommend these colours on bleached hair.”
