“The item is as picture and looks lovely when lit. It was not a simple process to get it as FedEx is used and does not give any delivery notifications of attempts to deliver or alternative places to leave parcel or wouldn't allow collection either so made for a frustrating time. Contact from collectables was quite prompt but also did not resolve issue. We paid delivery but ended up having to go and get the parcel from FedEx (after explaining dissatisfaction)ourselves as they were going to return parcel!”

“Our bear arrived promptly in the time frame we expected - the box the bear was in had become totally crushed, but the bear inside was luckily grand. Could be worth sticking a fragile sticker on so the postal service is more careful!”
