About Coffee Hit Ltd:

I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

But if your like me you like to geek out a bit and we also have some really cool coffee brewing gear for my fellow coffee geeks.

I was sent 4 separate emails in less than 24 hours after purchasing. Whether there was or not a checkbox I missed (that was checked by default), purchasing something isn't an invitation to spam me.”

“I made an online order from this company for a Fellow Stagg EKG pro kettle. The following morning, package arrived (beating my other amazon orders). Unfortunately the kettle I had received was defective and had to be returned. Within a half hour of emailing their customer service, I had a new kettle in dispatch and a return label for the old one (receiving my package again first thing the next day). Their customer service team was outstanding, and something I cannot speak high enough about. John's assistance is what will be the reason I return here for all my online coffee needs knowing I will be taken care of and will receive the highest quality products and service.”
