About Coffee Hit Ltd:

I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

But if your like me you like to geek out a bit and we also have some really cool coffee brewing gear for my fellow coffee geeks.

“It was great but please email customers if the product has been delivered. I expected my parcel to be delivered on the 24th but was delivered a week early (which was amazing! 🤩) but it was at my neighbours house for 3 days 🙈.i know this issue is mainly on the courier’s side (parcel force) but it would be nice if customers gets email from you guys too. Everything else was perfect”

“I was satisfied with how quick my order was processed and arrived. The thing that I disliked was the huge box used when the Comandante package itself wasn't that big, which was a lot of unnecessary packaging. Other than that, I was very happy of purchasing the grinder and enjoying my morning coffee!”

“Love the coffee, fast delivery very pleased there. My only concern is both boxes has lots of excess loose coffee and 3 of the pods were not sealed properly so not sure if I can use them but I'll try anyway . Thank you.”

“Very happy with Coffee Hit’s performance in every aspect except one: their choice of UK delivery provider. Yodel have provided by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had - and I do not exaggerate. My products were divided up into 2 sweeeet deliveries. The first half arrived in 6 days - late for the delivery method I paid for. My Fellow Stagg kettle said it was out for delivery, so I waited outside my house at the allocated delivery time to meet the driver. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had an email come through saying an attempt had been made but I wasn’t present to receive it. I’ve absolutely been sent round the houses - I’ve been in communication with Yodel’s webchat service that have been massively unhelpful. They have just told me to wait for another delivery and that they can’t do anything about it. The online tracker currently says that there is no estimated date of delivery - I ordered my products 10 days ago. At this point, I wonder if I’ve been blacklisted because of raising a complaint with them. Their entire setup makes it very difficult to raise a complaint and to be taken seriously. Other than the massive flaws within Yodel, Coffee Hit have been outstanding. The first half of my products arrive unscathed and they work tremendously. I will definitely be ordering from Coffee Hit again - however, I beg they change their choice of courier!! If I look to order again and they are still with yodel, I will just have to order elsewhere, as it isn’t worth the additional time and effort for me to chase up my delivery.”

“Speedy shipment arrangement. About coffee bean direct shipment to customers from roaster is good way to boost the freshness of the bean due to shorter delivery time, however the quality control will be dropped since everything was controlled by the roasters. It’s not a 100% correct or not, Coffee Hit should regular review the quality with roasting partners.”
