About Coffee Hit Ltd:

I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

But if your like me you like to geek out a bit and we also have some really cool coffee brewing gear for my fellow coffee geeks.

We have the solutions for you to make great coffee at home or in the cafe.

Ordered a couple hundred pounds worth of stuff, says it was delivered 5 days ago but it was not. Cannot find the parcel they claimed was delivered and I work from home so no one came to the door. Tried to contact someone to find out where it is and no response.

I ordered a grinder and they put wrong address on it, it sent back to sender and it’s been 9 or 10 days I’m still waiting for it

Got the items I wanted on time and was what I wanted. However I wouldn't every buy from here again as I got added to the mailing list without explicitly choosing. I was sent 4 separate emails in less than 24 hours after purchasing. Whether there was or not a checkbox I missed (that was checked by default), purchasing something isn't an invitation to spam me.

Still do not have my order. Coffee hit erroneously entered the delivery address which failed. Tried to get help from coffee hit and all they did is send me the tracking link AGAIN. After a few emails back and forth it seems I need to correct the address on the delivery providers website. Tried to do that, but it all hinges on the delivery card which doesn't exists as the address was incorrectly entered in the first place. I guess the couple of hundred pounds coffee hit already siphoned out of me doesn't rate high enough to fix my problem

Hi Francois, I am sorry you are not happy with our service. We provided the tracking link so you could make any amendments to the address that you felt needed to be changed. I ordered a Fellow Carter mug on 28th March and, as of 11th April, I am yet to receive it. The issue is their chosen courier Yodel who have failed on four attempts to deliver my item. Whilst my score is based on the courier company, I was very disappointed that coffeehit wouldn’t pay me a small amount to collect my parcel from Yodel’s depot. It would have been a very small gesture to pay me my travelling costs for me to be able to collect my Fellow mug before the Easter break. In my opinion it was poor judgement by Coffeehut to ignore my request to collect from Yodels depot which meant a poor score and a very unhappy customer! I’m hoping to receive the item this week.

Originally ordered the bundle of cups 1x 360ml 1x 260ml 1x 160ml As the ordered arrived I only got the 360ml cup and 2x 160ml (one of them being cracked and packed anyway..) so I contacted help support and explained the situation which I later had to do another 2-3 times... so this “Vicky” (person who did the entire chat) reassured me that she would fix it etc but long behold I received the “fixed” package to only find another 160ml cup... truly disappointing and not good at all (sounds like she needs a refresher course on her job role to say the least)

I never received the item I ordered. The delivery company never turned up but insisted they had delivered the item. I had to insist on a refund after being accused of being a liar and a thief.

I can see you placed your order 23rd December, and due to the Christmas Holidays, your estimated delivery date was 4th Jan. However I can see that this order was delivered 30th December. So with the holidays and the pandemic I think we did pretty well. I don't like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately, I'm left with no choice on this occasion. Initially I had problems with having the item I ordered dispatched. I placed the order on November 27th and it didn't leave the Coffee Hit warehouse until December 3rd. I got a tracking number on that date but the parcel is yet to leave the sorting hub in the U.K. The parcel is bound for Ireland but I don't think it's likely that I'll get the item I ordered for in time Christmas. It was a gift for my wife. I'm very disappointed and I don't think I could justify ordering from Coffee Hit again based on this experience.
