About Coffee Hit Ltd:

I started Coffee Hit in 2008, when I was always buying cool coffee gear from USA and Australia as it was not availble in the UK. I wanted great coffee for my customers and at home!
I wanted to help cafes and people make great coffee at home. I wanted to show people it didnt need to be expensive and great coffee can be fun and simple.

But if your like me you like to geek out a bit and we also have some really cool coffee brewing gear for my fellow coffee geeks.

Order shipped and arrived safely, but unfortunately to the billing rather than the delivery address 😐

The address we shipped to, is the address we were provided with at checkout. Fast delivery, but the coffee bag was unsealed and open. Looks like a defective bag. coffee had spilled out in transit and moisture/air seems to have got inside the bag.

Not a comment on Coffee Hit specifically, as the ordering process and dispatch time was fine. Just a warning that Coffee Hit use Yodel for delivery, so there’s no guarantee you will get your order when you expect it. I ordered selecting next day delivery on 8/12 and on 14/12 am still waiting for delivery. Nobody on either Coffee Hit or Yodel’s side have been able to help.

I paid for express shipping for delivery in 1-2 days, but my purchase wasn't even dispatched until 2 days after the order was made, meaning that it arrived after 3 days - this was a problem (item was a gift). Should have shipped more promptly to ensure delivery within the stated timeframe. No explanation for late dispatch - poor comms, poor service, and unhappy customer.

I haven’t received the product or any delivery notification yet. Ordered 6 days ago. I called yesterday and was told “it’s been despatched”.

Your product is v good/v happy. Would happily give you 5 stars in isolation. Your (outsourced) courier delivery though is utterly rubbish hence 2 stars in total.

Yodel are actually the worst courier service and would make me reconsider using coffeehit in the future, of the two orders I have placed with coffeehit neither of them were delivered satisfactorily. They delivered this one to the wrong house.
