“Package arrived opened, torn and squashed box. Very dissatisfied as it's a birthday gift. Had to buy a shoe bag to put them in so I can still give as gift. Emailed you with photos but not heard back. Shoes were not damaged. This may be second review I've sent as think first one didn't send”

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we’re very sorry to hear that the box arrived opened, torn and squashed, particularly as the shoes were intended as a birthday gift. I’ve looked into your order and unfortunately can’t find any previous email from you regarding the damaged packaging. We’re sorry if your original email hasn’t reached us, as we would certainly have liked the opportunity to look into this for you. From the photo provided, it does appear that the damage occurred to the packaging during transit. While we’re pleased to hear that the shoes themselves were not damaged, we completely understand your disappointment at having to purchase a shoe bag so that they could still be given as a gift. I’ve looked into your order and can see that it was placed on Sunday 30th August and dispatched the following day, Monday 31st August, using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Unfortunately, it appears there was a delay with the courier, which resulted in the longer delivery time. We’re sorry that the delivery took longer than expected, although we’re pleased your order did arrive safely.
