“Great prices and choices. Easy to order and quick delivery, unfortunately shoes were too big. Obtained return note online and took parcel to Post Office and received refund in a few days. Very impressed with customer service.”

“I ordered some golf shoes which did not fit me, so I got in touch. Sent them back and exchanged for another pair, alas these did not suit me either as they were not wide enough. I am in the process of exchanging for another pair. They are very helpful and the exchange very prompt.”

“I did not order anything from Clarke Golf nor did I receive anything from them. I sent an email to Clarkes to say so last week and was told that the order was to a Clarkes superstore .......what is going on .... I presume I have been scammed”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have tried to contact you and also left you an email. I have looked into this further and it appears that your email has been selected in error when searching for a customers email address to link his order to his account. As you have purchased from us in the past and have a name similar to the customer purchasing in store, your address was selected in error. I can confirm no payment has been taken from you and no scam has taken place. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused and i will ensure our superstore team are more careful when entering email addresses in for in store purchases to prevent this occuring again to anybody else in the future.
