I ordered some Personalised Titleist Pro V1 golf balls under the 4 for 3 offer on 9th April. The goods will only be delivered today i.e. 19th June. I think this is an unaccpetable delay and there wasn't a process to keep me updated as to when the order was due to be delivered - I had to send several emails chasing the order. I think yopur customer satisfaction would improve if you sent periodic updates on delivery times, accepting you were likely in the hands of Titleist in terms of the delays....

Unfortunately, during this period we experienced significant delays with personalised Titleist ball orders due to exceptionally high demand and ongoing changes to production lead times from Titleist. These lead times were regularly changing and, in many cases, updated lead times were not passed on to us as quickly as we would have liked, which made it difficult for us to provide customers with accurate delivery estimates. Due to the high volume of personalised golf ball orders being processed at the time, proactively updating each individual customer became challenging, and we recognise that this impacted your experience. We appreciate your frustration, and we understand that you should not have had to contact us several times for updates on your order. We value your feedback and are reviewing how we manage communication around supplier delays and personalised orders so that we can improve this experience for customers going forward. Good product (5 wood) at a good price. Quick delivery. Had a query about the number tag for the head cover. Instructions with it were a bit unclear (not their fault). They got back to me very quickly and contacted the manufacturer so very good customer service.

I ordered a lightweight waterproof bag in the sale. Unfortunately it was out of stock but a replacement was sent for the sale price following a call to check that was OK. A prompt, friendly service. My son was pleased with the bag which was a present for his birthday.
