Hi Kai, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, as customer feedback is always important to us. Having reviewed your order, I can see that you selected and paid for our Saturday delivery option. However, as the order was placed on Friday after our 3pm cut-off time for same-day dispatch, the parcel was processed and dispatched on Saturday instead. As a result, delivery was then completed on Sunday. We completely understand that this may have caused some confusion, and on this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill, I have issued a full refund for the delivery charge. I have also contacted you directly to explain how our delivery cut-off times work so that this is clearer for any future orders. We appreciate your feedback and thank you again for shopping with us.
