“Ordered a Christmas Gift on 14 December. Clarkes promptly dispatched on 15 December. Royal Mail failed to deliver. Clarkes stepped up and sent a replacement to their shop which I collected. Well done Clarkes. I can't say the same for Royal Mail. In short. Excellent customer service when I needed it most. I will continue to use this excellent company.”

“Ordered 2 items which were both very poorly packaged. Had to contact them to complain. Received a £10 gift voucher as an apology but would have preferred to have had the items neatly folded and packaged instead.”

“I had no problem I ordered it A pair of Ladies Golf Shoes. I was informed my order was being prepared, and was notified it was on its way to the Carrier. The Carrier then notified me of its delivery date. This package arrived within time scale notified, I have no complaints.”

Morning, Thank you for your Review, we read everyone of them always striving to give the best possible service. Firstly we had no idea that you were not in receipt of the item until you reviewed Clarkes' Golf. As soon as we knew this we called and emailed you advising that DPD tried to deliver and you were not available so they dropped it off at your designated drop off shop. We have tried calling and emailing advising this but had no response. We assume you are now in receipt of your item. Kind Regards Clarkes' Golf
