Morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. Every review is important to us as we are always striving to give the best customer service. I have taken a look at your order and prior to this review this is the first time we have heard that the incorrect size was sent to you. Since then we have tried calling and emailing you as we would like to send you the correct pair and also give you a gift card by way of an apology. I have also looked into your order and it seems like these shoes were sent incorrectly by the supplier. This of course no excuse and we apologise for the error and inconvenience caused.
