“Im a happy hacker who thanks to early retirment now has a bit more time to play and wants to get to a more competent level ! Was reccomended to Andy Spencer at Clarkes who carried out a thorough assesemtn of my swing, listened to my needs and plans and then came up with a very reasonable and stylish package and cart... Early days but very impressed with the difference it has been made...Top service and would certainly pass on the reccomendation !!”

“I have used several retailers over the years but after stumbling across Clarkes I use them for basically all my golf gear, they have excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I have had to return one item that they dealt with quickly and sent a replacement. 5 stars from me”

“I ordered a new Ping g440 7 wood Which went missing at the sorting office i contacted Clarkes Golf and the communication was brilliant they sent out a replacement club which arrived on time, a big thanks to the customer service department ladies will definitely order from Clarkes Golf again. “Package arrived opened, torn and squashed box. Very dissatisfied as it's a birthday gift. Had to buy a shoe bag to put them in so I can still give as gift. Emailed you with photos but not heard back. Shoes were not damaged. This may be second review I've sent as think first one didn't send”

I’ve looked into your order and unfortunately can’t find any previous email from you regarding the damaged packaging. We’re sorry if your original email hasn’t reached us, as we would certainly have liked the opportunity to look into this for you. From the photo provided, it does appear that the damage occurred to the packaging during transit. While we’re pleased to hear that the shoes themselves were not damaged, we completely understand your disappointment at having to purchase a shoe bag so that they could still be given as a gift.
