“They did what they were supposed to do . Easy order, delivered in a few days - simple. Never spoke to anyone or particularly engaged with anyone. The purchase was driven but the product and Clarkes offered the colour and size at a decent price”

Having investigated this, it appeared that your parcel had not progressed through the courier network after collection from our warehouse. “I don't want to leave a negative result and I hope you can help me please? After updating the software as instructed, the trolley will not work and I for some reason cannot remove the update to see whether the trolley will work again. There maybe a simple way to do it, but I don't know how. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you”
