“I ordered a gift voucher for express delivery, but after 4 days it still hadn't arrived. I emailed early Christmas Eve morning on the off chance that someone could help. I got a very helpful response pretty much straight away, with a copy of the gift card that I could print off and a refund of the delivery charge. Amazing service that wasn't expected seeing it was so close to Chinlstmas. Thanks again for such wonderful customer service!”

We have looked into your order and we can see your order was delayed as we were having shipping issues with international purchases. You are right we should have called you / contacted you. This does seem to have been missed on this ocassion. We are so sorry as we pride ourselves with great customer service and always keeping customers updated. This unfortunately has not happened.
