About The Cigar Club:

Hi, my name is Paul and I’ve been in the cigar trade now for over 25 years (where does the time go?).

The Cigar Club was originally started by my father in the late 1960s, so fine tobacco doesn’t quite run in the family veins but very nearly.

We’ve been sending out cigars around the world since those days of distant memory i.e. before the dawn of the computer age. However, I know that our website offers a unique and pleasurable shopping experience.

I’ve always tried to keep the personal feel to all our transactions and like to think that the personal touch gives the The Cigar Club a unique place in the Cigar World.

I paid an extra £10 for next day delivery but the order took 3 days to arrive. I emailed the company and have not had the courtesy of a response. I will not use them again.

I received my pack of cigars in the post, but they have arrived squashed. The box is completely ruined and about 60% of the cigars are also squashed. I bought these to put in as a birthday gift but they arrived ruined and unpresentable! I have emailed twice to express my disappointment but no response. Customer service is non existent. Wish I read other reviews before purchasing about poor quality. I suggest you AVOID!!

Poor service. Ordered cigars next day delivery and got them via standard post. Called to query the delivery was told I'd receive and email with delivery details they didn't arrive. I then emailed asking for a refund of my next day delivery costs and didnt get the courtesy of a reply. Would not use the cigar club again.

I paid £10 for next day delivery but Cigar Club took 2 days before sending the order. I wrote to them to request a refund and they did not bother to respond or refund the delivery charge. Lesson learned. Customer lost.

Ordered the cigars before Christmas, it's almost February and they still haven't arrived

Never even received my order, rang them to chase it up and the guy told me to wait on the order being delivered as they were probably running behind at Royal Mail. Didn’t really show me any concern as to helping me out. Tried to contact them through email the next week but they never even responded, do yourself a favour and don’t anything from these people!!!!

You pay for next day then 4 days later it still hasn’t been sent ! Not the first time either. Then when you call up they are waiting for something etc etc Say they will call you back & don’t. Switched to someone else now.

I ordered cigars and did not receive them. I left a voicemail and didn’t receive a response. I then emailed and was told I would receive a shipping note later that day. I didn’t and haven’t received any cigars. I would not use again

Bad experience paid on 13/10/21 haven’t received cigars to date ! Not good. Doug Joy … non in this case ! Going up there next week to see if it’s genuine!

I ordered two small packs of cigars, one pack came in two weeks time whilst I haven’t received my second pack. I have rung up several times and they have not sorted it. I still have not received my cigars.

Customer care is not good. Purchased 25 Cazadores. They stated that they only had packs of 5's. They charged pack of 5 rate. Yet they have to breakdown box of 25 into packs of 5's. Not a lot of difference, but surely customer care should be to look after clients not rip them off. Phil.
