“The 'at home' demonstration was very thorough and extremely helpful. it was unhurried and the practice run was reassuring. The engineers came as arranged and gave me the correct arrival time. It was fitted, no fuss. I would have like a run with them present getting in and out of the bath , but they seemed too rushed, maybe that they had to get to another venue quickly, but they explained the battery recharging and I have had no problems with my bath lift since. I am very pleased with it and use it confidently every day.”

“We are delighted with the Aqualift bath lift. Getting in and out of the bath is safe and easy. You actually can sit on the bottom of the bath so full use is made of the full depth of the bath. I had my first really relaxing bath for several years as I was not worrying how I was going to get out! Fitting was very straight forward, Mark and his mate fitted the lift quickly without mess or disturbance, then explained clearly how to make best use of its features”

“Overall, we're very pleased. The side seat is especially helpful and the slide seat is very comfortable. However there are two slight disappointments. The seat stops when it reaches the top, but if more weight is placed on the front of the band the front of the seat is a little low, making it hard to slide UP to the side seat. Also the band is beginning to get quite rucked after only 10 days”

“The lift is fine but the installers did not clean the bath afterwards for my elderly disabled father in law, who didnt want to say anything and had to sort this before use.”

“The service we received from the very first enquiry to the actual fitting was excellent. The representative visited with a demonstration model the following day. I asked about delivery as my disabled husband was finding bathing more and more difficult. The Salesman said he would mark it as urgent. The next day they rang to say they were able to fit it the following day which they did.”

“This is an excellent product. It has enabled me to have a relaxing soak in the bath without affecting the athritis in my knees. It is safe and easy to use. From the initial telephone call, through to the visit by the sales rep and finally to the installation everything was done in a safe and caring and friendly manner. The product is brilliant. It is neat and quite unobtrusive on the bath allowing anyone who doesn't need it to still access the bath. It doesn't inpeach on the space in the small bathroom. Even though I have the convenience of a walk in shower it has been wonderful being able to finally have a bath after over 5 years of not being able to get in and out of one safely and without pain. It is all down to my new AquaLift Bath Lift.”
