“The lift was installed very good it is very simple to use, my only failure is the handset suction pad will not hold the weight of the hand control and it keeps falling of the wall.”

“Pre-Sales & demo very thorough. The fitters came and had the bath lift installed in no time, explained the battery, and were soon off to their next job. Still getting used to moving from the seat onto the slip cushion and shifting to keep central when lowering into the bath & vice versa. Two points to note: there is no way to top up hot water when in down position if one’s bath has taps at the far end unless someone else is around to do it. Also, the up/down hand control needs some other easier means of attachment as the present suction cup is too stiff to stick & remove easily to the main unit. Apart from these I can now enjoy a nice soak without the risk of slipping over when getting in & out!”

“This company has been terrible to deal with. They were very quick to make initial contact, take money and fit a bath lift. My 77 year old mother used this lift once and she noticed her tiles had cracked. She was promised from the very start the walls were suitable and the tiles wouldn't be damaged. After emailing and numerous phone calls an engineer came out who confirmed the lift should never have been fitted in the first place due to the frame work of the property (which we mentioned in the initial meeting on numerous times but was assured all would be fine). 2 weeks after the engineers visit, the lift was taken off the wall. It was also requested that her bathroom was "put right" of the damage done. Nearly another 2 weeks has passed, no sign of her bathroom being put right and more importantly still no refund received. After sales of this company is terrible. Very quick to take your money. Not so quick In refunding or putting their mistakes right.”

“Customer service was very good - quick and efficient, as was installation. It's lovely to be able to have a bath again but I do find that the seat is very slippery when getting out of the bath with a wet bum! Extra care needed for sure.”

“AquaLift were excellent from the initial visit to the installation. I am also very happy with the product and the cost. Having been unable to use my bath for about 4 years, I have been confined to using my shower daily, which has been fine, but an occasional good soak in a relaxing bath takes some beating. I am glad that I did some research and decided on AquaLift.”

“I love the Aqualift bath as it is the first time I've had a bath in over ten years and it is something I've missed so much. Showers are just not the same for me. I do find though that I struggle to top up the hot water and have to do this by using my feet on the taps,which sometimes gives me cramp in my feet.”

“The sliding pad on the lift is not very practical, I kept sliding off of it and could not get myself back on to it. My husband has taken it off now and I am managing better”

“Generally, pleased with the AuaLift. It is lovely to be able to sit in the bath after so long. Tried the Slip Cushion for the first bath. Unfortunately the cushion slid round and I ended up sitting on the strap, and the belt became twisted. This happened when I tried to lay back in the bath once the belt had lowered me. I feel the belt is fitted too far forward as when I try to lay back, the belt slips forward making it difficult to re-seat myself. I am now content to just lower the belt and enjoy sitting in lovely hot water.”
