“This was fitted expertly to my quite deep bath. Matt H and Simon L had to deal with underfloor heating and thick glass tiles around the bath. They did a super job and It is a boon for me and I am now enjoying the joy of a deep warm bath.”

“20SWQ05770 Ian and Dean were very friendly and helpful. Made sure mum knew how to use the lift and instructed us about how to charge the battery and maintain the lift. They cleaned up the very minimal mess and made sure mum knew how to use the lift etc”

“This company is a pain. You ask for a brochure they decide your bath isn’t suitable. Then they keep on ringing you and it’s impossible to shut them up!”

“We had a bath lift fitted today. They rang ahead of time to let us know when they were arriving. Both guys Ian and Dean were really lovely. They made sure that everything was left clean and tidy and bath lift was explained in detail on how to use. Wish all workmen were as lovely and polite as these two guys were. “After buying and waiting weeks for my bath aid when they came to fit I was told they couldn't because I may slip and hit my head!!!! No offer of solution. Why wasn't I told this when I bought it?? Now I still can't bathe. Please don't offer a service you can't deliver”

“Works great my wife can now have a bath without worrying about getting out again, she has circulation problems and sometimes only a bath can heat her up. Unfortunately she had difficulty getting out again the lift gives her independence back.”
