“Customer service dreadful. Sent item back 3 weeks ago. Promised 3 times refund and postage refund. Very very disappointed in your service. I always order from you as very good normally. I expect you will ignore this also. Already sent review which you ignored. Staff very pleasant but do not seem to keep to refund agreement. This was all because your technical staff advised incorrect size.”

“Great insoles as supplied by NHS. EVA heel lifts ideal for my needs. I chose large size as there are no measurements shown online apart from depth. This meant that they required cut down to width and length in heel of shoe. Would be helpful if actual size ( width and length) were shown”

“All fine apart from the aprons. They arrived inside the box just in a bunch, not wrapped at all, stuck together in pairs which are hard to separate. Also VERY expensive compared with other suppliers - my fault I should have compared before I bought. I trusted Algeos' name, but in future I will check more carefully!”
