Got nothing wrong with the order and when it arrived, as all was good, but they seriously need to do something about their delivery charges. I was charged over double the amount expected because their system thinks places near Glasgow are n the Highlands. I STILL have not been reimbursed even though I was told I would be due the excess postage. What's going on?

I ordered from algeos for the first time 9th December. I assumed the service would be as fast as other suppliers but it seems my order was lost in the system. Even after I flagged the issue it still took a few days to come with no communication on delivery date or times. I came home to find the large package rolling down my driveway. If I'd have know when it was being delivered I'd have made sure someone was in. Its really put me off ordering again. I had products on the order which I needed.

I bought interpod flex a few years ago from you, they are great. Ordered some interpod soft to use in trainers. I wore them in the house for a test. Completely made of plastic so could be sanitised, packaging intact. Asked to return and was told I couldn't as I had tried them. Total waste of my money and resources. No indication of non-returnable, also hard to think how anyone could know if a product was suitable without trying it in a shoe. Disappointed. I will be cautious of spending any more money with you.

We believe at the time there may have been miscommunication but we have to be cautious accepting orthotics back that have been worn due to contamination. Customer service dreadful. Sent item back 3 weeks ago. Promised 3 times refund and postage refund. Very very disappointed in your service. I always order from you as very good normally. I expect you will ignore this also. Already sent review which you ignored. Staff very pleasant but do not seem to keep to refund agreement. This was all because your technical staff advised incorrect size.

Service has declined in the last couple of years. Orders are accepted but then only half of the order arrives, there is no communication as to when the rest of the order is going to arrive, or even if at all. Not ideal when you are trying to run a business. I am starting to try and source items from elsewhere.

Needed to order insoles as the NHS only give so many. Was quite surprised at the price, and then delivery was added on. The insoles came with a tip on the bottom, having paid nearly £40 I was rather disappointed. Company policy is for the goods to be returned and inspected before any replacement or refund is given. These were purchased for going on holiday and things are looking rather tight for all this to happen before. A stress I really didn’t need before going away and am really quite disappointed. This was the website I was told by the nhs to go to however I think I will be looking elsewhere next time.
