“Slimflex orthotics insoles - have bought these insoles before (green ones) to support foot arches to help correct alignment of toes due to bunion. Have also purchased the Amber slimflex insole to try, but too early to say yet how it compares to green ones. Delivery was good and well packaged. Price competitive. Will use Algeos again”

“I had been looking for some time for the same orthotics as prescribed by the NHS and finally found them here. They are exactly the same and are so comfortable. My feet are very happy.”

“Service has declined in the last couple of years. Orders are accepted but then only half of the order arrives, there is no communication as to when the rest of the order is going to arrive, or even if at all. Not ideal when you are trying to run a business. I am starting to try and source items from elsewhere.”

“Description of the item not explicit enough hence I bought wrong size, waste of money to me, not sure what to do with the item now as it’s the wrong size. Algeos usually good i guess this is a one off”

“The swanfoam product is amazing and is the only product I have found on the market that relieves the metatarsal pain in my father's feet. I keep cutting new inserts for his shoes every time the bones compress it too thin and he is good to go again.”

“I'm very happy with my recent purchases - these were delivered with the usual helpfulness and efficiency one would expect from the Algeos team. However I am still to receive a refund for some faulty pouches which I purchased (and returned via your courier as requested) and as yet have had no further response to this email: Dear Oyana Just looking back at my records, I do not yet seem to have received the refund after returning the faulty pouches.
