“Orthotist gave me a pair of diaped plantar gel socks which worked well. Gave me your website to order more. Help from family - I am nearly 91 -. Unfortunately, inadvertently, clicked size L 9-11. ( later found that we were continually defaulted to a 'Sale' site. Phoned and explained to nice lady" No problem, send them back and ask for correct size" This done CAREFULLY stressing M size. What arrived? Size 4-6 S!! Phoned again this time spoke to a young male who said he couldn't order M size " seems the line has been discontinued!!" Still need size M . IS SIZE M STILL AVAILABLE? Hi Mr Kerr, Please accept our apologies for the issues you've had with your online order. Unfortunately regarding the original brand you ordered from us, the medium size has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We sent the smaller size in the hope this would be suitable but as discussed we now understand it isn't what you need. We also recognise that you have been in touch today with our Customer Services team to order an alternative product. Hopefully this will be suitable for your needs. We are very sorry you are not happy with the service and mix-up on your order, we have everything in place relating to the returns and once we receive the incorrect stock back, a full refund will be sent to you. “I bought interpod flex a few years ago from you, they are great. Ordered some interpod soft to use in trainers. I wore them in the house for a test. Completely made of plastic so could be sanitised, packaging intact. Asked to return and was told I couldn't as I had tried them. Total waste of my money and resources. No indication of non-returnable, also hard to think how anyone could know if a product was suitable without trying it in a shoe. Disappointed. I will be cautious of spending any more money with you.”

“Item was exactly as described and am pleased with the product. There was a problem with the delivery of my order ( no fault of Algeos) but my emails were responded to quickly and efficiently, and the order was eventually delivered”

“In the past I would have given 5 stars but not this time. I always order the hypoallergenic gloves as they do not cause any skin problems. Unfortunately the medium size was not available so.I.had to order large. The quality is not good and the ends of the fingers split every time. Disappointed”

“Placed an order with Algeos and the item arrived the next day. However, the item sent was not correct, very similar, but not exactly what was ordered. I rang Algeos and was told the correct item would be sent out that day with no need to return the original. The correct item arrived the next day, excellent service.”
