“Got nothing wrong with the order and when it arrived, as all was good, but they seriously need to do something about their delivery charges. I was charged over double the amount expected because their system thinks places near Glasgow are n the Highlands. I STILL have not been reimbursed even though I was told I would be due the excess postage. What's going on?”
