This is timely, I opened the your parcel yesterday and the 3 degree wedges are missing. If you want to do something about this, here is my order number 000023078, please repeat my order for no charge or at the very least tell me why this was missed from my order even though I was charged ( think it’s actually theft).

Ref heel wedges. Incorrect depths, not the ones that were ordered! The description on the individual packaging did not even match the contents.

Ordered an item which after 11 days of waiting and emailing they finally say it's been discontinued. Communication was a appalling, had to write 2 emails and fill out a contact form to get a response.

We have been asked to write a review, by Algeos. Had that not been the case, we would not have written. This was the first time that we have used Algeos, and sadly their performance was not great. We ordered two separate sizes of dry needles. Sadly, only one type turned up. When we contacted them we were told that the second type was out of stock and thus should not have been available to order. Consequently we chose another type with the representative on the phone. Sadly, this type did not turn up either and when we contacted them, they told us that this second type was also out of stock, and this was despite the representative informing us on the phone that they could deliver this item. Thus, we ordered another type but this did not have enough boxes in stock and so we currently have a credit with this company due to not having been sent the correct number of boxes. Additionally the initial order did not arrive and when we contacted the supplier we were told that the courier could not find us. Thus, had we not chased up the order there would have been no communication from the company to tell us of this situation. The agreed to send the order asap the next day. However this time we received a telephone call from the courier stating that he could not find us. This was despite us sending a photo of our building to the supplier the day before. Our building is the tallest and largest in the street. It has two separate street numbers on the front door and stonework of the building and directly opposite is the name of the street. We could not be more visible or easier to find. When we notified the courier of this situation he was not very happy, and consequently, when a couple of days later he delivered the delayed parcel, instead of knocking on the door and passing us the parcel, he left it on the doorstep which is beside a very busy pavement. Hence across the board from knowing what they have in stock to actually being able to deliver the purchased items, this company did not perform well at all. As stated at the beginning of this review we had no intention of writing a review as we have decided to utilise another company. But having been asked to write a review, we have had to state our experiences. So sometimes it is better not to wish for something and definitely not to request reviews as the outcomes can be much less positive than one might wish for. Thus, the adage "becareful of what you wish for", is very pertinent in this case.

Sent the wrong items and wouldn’t send the replacement till they receive the originals back. Even though it was their mistake. Still waiting on the orthoses to arrive and have a patient waiting for them. Terrible service really.

First, the size I requested was not in stock but your website did not advise of this. I had to chase up my order more than a week later, told my size wasn't available at the time of purchase, requested a refund and told that would be sorted. About 2 weeks later you sent me a pair of the wrong size. There was no communication regarding this unilateral decision you took. I had to cut the insoles to fit. I need another pair of these but will be getting them elsewhere. I'm not commenting on the product. Your customer care was horrendous.

Orthotist gave me a pair of diaped plantar gel socks which worked well. Gave me your website to order more. Help from family - I am nearly 91 -. Unfortunately, inadvertently, clicked size L 9-11. ( later found that we were continually defaulted to a 'Sale' site. Phoned and explained to nice lady" No problem, send them back and ask for correct size" This done CAREFULLY stressing M size. What arrived? Size 4-6 S!! Phoned again this time spoke to a young male who said he couldn't order M size " seems the line has been discontinued!!" Still need size M . IS SIZE M STILL AVAILABLE? Unfortunately regarding the original brand you ordered from us, the medium size has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We sent the smaller size in the hope this would be suitable but as discussed we now understand it isn't what you need. Hi, no negative comments on the product but not being able to buy individual orthotics, ie a single left or right, means that for me, 50% of the product is wasted and the cost per insole is almost £80 which is ridiculous for a small piece of moulded plastic. Russell Newall

The insole does not fit I contacted you about it and you asked for pictures I sent pictures but have not heard anything back from you I am very disappointed Bad product Very bad service Unhappy and out of pocket I do still expect a refund please
