“Hi, no negative comments on the product but not being able to buy individual orthotics, ie a single left or right, means that for me, 50% of the product is wasted and the cost per insole is almost £80 which is ridiculous for a small piece of moulded plastic. Russell Newall”

“I bought dressmaking scissors which look very good and cut very well. They so far seem very good quality and very good value. It’s my first time buying from Algeos. I received my order a few days after ordering but I did email before arrival as I didn’t received dispatch notice. My email was answered quickly and I think if I’d perhaps set up an account rather than checking out as a guest I might have received notice. This was a minor detail and not worth knocking of a star for.”

“My previous pair of insoles were provided by the NHS. They are the best insoles I have used. I swopped the insoles from my normal shoes to my walking boots but decided the boots need their own pair. The packaging that came with the original insole indicated your company and product details. I ordered two more pairs. One pair to use in my walking boots and one pair as spares. Thank you!”

“The insole does not fit I contacted you about it and you asked for pictures I sent pictures but have not heard anything back from you I am very disappointed Bad product Very bad service Unhappy and out of pocket I do still expect a refund please”
