“Simple to order and arrived quickly. Required an inner shoe lift after hip replacement left me with a leg length difference. I find these comfortable and they fit my fashion shoes well”

“The Algeos insole is very adaptable and is ideal for use with Metatarsal pads. Because the insole is fairly thin it can be used with most shoe insoles. Pleased with the service - would have got 5 starts if they had size 9 in stock.”

“Needed to order insoles as the NHS only give so many. Was quite surprised at the price, and then delivery was added on. The insoles came with a tip on the bottom, having paid nearly £40 I was rather disappointed. Company policy is for the goods to be returned and inspected before any replacement or refund is given. These were purchased for going on holiday and things are looking rather tight for all this to happen before. A stress I really didn’t need before going away and am really quite disappointed. This was the website I was told by the nhs to go to however I think I will be looking elsewhere next time.”

We plan to improve further with instalment based orders and a fully fledged finance decision calculator for those one-off equipment investments.
