“New website isn't great. had to re-register. can't see my old orders and had to search for all the codes I needed. Ended up not getting everything. Found better products elsewhere at half the price.”

Hello Mark, Thanks for the feedback. With the new software installed, we had no option but to loose online order histories. We do however records of your orders in our back-office system. Would it be helpful if I run these off in a spreadsheet for you? Please email me direct at web@algeos.com Once you build an order history on the new website, I promise you, your ordering times will be hugely improved. We have just launched GooglePay and ApplePay, making it even faster, if use this payment methods. Best wishes, Marc

Hi Tess, Thanks for the feedback. In response, we have not increased our prices across the board. Yes, some prices have increased such as blades, felts and some creams, but this is because the manufacturers increased their prices by quite staggering percentages. Inflation due to commodity prices and energy are putting a huge strain on us all. There has been a little confusion with the way we display prices. For example, prices displayed when you land on the site are much higher if you are not logged into your account. This was done due to customers like yourself, not liking the fact their patients could see wholesale prices - mostly on insole products. Sorry if this has caused any confusion.
