“Good selection of tiles and friendly, helpful staff at the Crawley branch - unlike their competitors next door who ignored me. Only thing I'd ask for future is notification that there was wax on the tiles to help prevent scratches/damage as I didn't realise what it was and though they were defective, much to my plumbers amusement!
