“Ordered my bathroom tiles form Tile Giant, the service was fantastic, phoned customer services and spoke to Mat who confirmed what I needed and advised me on adhesive and grout, the tiles were delivered on time by a friendly driver, tiles are now up and looking amazing, everyone who visits comments on how great they look, great company, I will defiantly use Tile Giant again.”

“We visited the cambridge store last week and all I can say is the service we was given was exceptional. We went in a bit clueless with what we needed and was assisted by Will who was helpful, knowledgable and from start to us picking up the order even helping us to the car was fantastic. when we got home we was worried we might need another box of tiles so we called the store and they where ready waiting for us when we collected them the next day assisted by Leon. Someone even called us the day before to let us know what time they shut as they did not want us having a wasted journey. Good customer service is vert rare these days so I just wanted to take the time to say how much we appreciated this experience and your 2 assistants are a credit to you. Thank you”
