I used both the Orpington and Maidstone branch recently and both times the customer service and knowledge of the staff I spoke to and dealt with were outstanding! I have zero knowledge about tiles, grout, measuring etc and they helped me with everything. My tiler also said the quality of the metro tiles I ordered were really good. Highly recommend.
