“Terrible. I asked for plastic free packaging which I was assured I would receive, only to receive my parcel in 2 plastic bags. In addition, I ordered 2 hot water bottles and only received one so now have to wait for the other to arrive in time for Christmas - in yet another plastic bag!”

“Excellent products, good value, a very efficient ordering system and lovely people to deal with. It's so good to find a home-grown business like this with such a refreshingly positive attitude. I love the new long bottle! Arrived within a very few days, and would have been sooner if it hadn't been the weekend.”

“Good to be able to purchase replacement stoppers”

“I'm sure your buisiness is very good. Efficient etc. But my recent purchace of hot water bottle stoppers was all together futile as they did not fit any of the FOUR bottles I have whose stoppers have broken ! Never mind. The search goes on. (Solution:- STANDARDIZED STOPPERS. . .?!)”

I am sorry you had trouble with the item you ordered. As stated on the product page the stopper is ONLY for use with the Coronation HWB that we sell and it only comes in a single size. It cannot be used with any other hot water bottle - unfortunately different manufacturers have different stoppers and this is not something we can change as there are so many! It is always best to go back to the company you bought your hwb from to ensure you get the correct stopper. This will ensure the correct fit and proper safety in use of your hwb. We are sorry that you expected something different to what has been offered.
