“Not happy with the size of the Water Inlet where the Stopper goes. Previous Bottles have had a much larger space to pour the hot water into, and apart from the "Smell" I think the Rubber is OK.”

“"The shipment from the UK to Norway was really fast and the packaging was really nice and neat. The quality of the casing was great as well. However, unfortunately, I received the water bottle was not in a good quality, there was a small hole leakage due to the manufacturing error. After I realized, I sent an email to the customer service and they send the new one to me. Although I am a bit annoyed, yet the water bottle shop really prompt response. Thank you :)"”
