“We would like to thank you for your wonderful product. We purchased the hot water bottle because we had just lost our bitch dog after giving birth. And the pups have be given great comfort in cuddling the boxer. The warmth and soft material has made a wonderful substitute for their mother. It holds the heat extremely well too. So not having to change the water that often. Would highly recommend your products to anyone for the future.”

“The bottle itself looks great and feels well made. However, the overpowering smell is unacceptable. I've aired it, washed it and it still stinks. Couldn't have it in my bed.”

“The product arrived quickly so I’m happy with that. I haven’t used it because it’s a present for someone else but it looks nice. However, the box is squashed at one end which is a bit upsetting as it is a present, even though the product inside looks undamaged it’s not nice receiving a gift that looks bashed.”
