“I'm really pleased to find I can still get a traditional HWB. The local shops where I live don't seem to stock them any more, just the cheap imports. Delivery was very prompt. Good communication and I love the vanilla aroma.”

“The actual hot water bottle it's self is good quality so I'm happy with that. The cover I bought to go on it though is too thin and came with a little hole on the fabric, however it was very cheap so I can't complain too much.”

“The kind help and support received in identifying the products I needed as my wife is disabled and a smooth water bottle was essential. However, we have had to put them into the garden shed due to the overpowering smell of rubber, in the hope the smell will eventually disappear. Have had rubber bottles before but they did not smell so strong.”

“A genuinely, beautiful quality product. It was a birthday present, but came so beautifully packaged that I didn't want to open it. I hadn't therefore checked before it was unwrapped, but I needn't have been concerned. The quality of the product can not be questioned. It was the 'Avengers' fabric, and the care taken in manufacturing, so that as much of a picture could be used as possible, was really impressive. Delivery was really speedy and prompt. It was a total win! I would recommend and look forward to ordering one for myself!”
