“I love my Swytch - It gives me so much pleasure to zip along and makes me feel about 40 years younger. I am using my Brompton now pretty much every day because it is so much easier to get around with the motor and I don't have to worry about arriving in a sweat. For years and years I commuted by tube to central London. I can't tell you how much stress has been taken away having the Swytch! (In fact I actually WANT to go to work every day now!) I did have a few problems at the beginning but was able to take the bike in to Swytch HQ and got fantastic service from Dmitro and the team.”

“I live in hilly Hampstead in North London and find when I leave my house on my Brompton I always turn right to avoid cycling up the hills. I’m also 59 years old and my knees aren’t what they used to be. Since receiving and fitting my Swytchbike kit (fitting took just 3 hours and was well described in the accompanying manual) not only am I able to turn left and discover the joys of hilly north London, the assistance means I don’t have any pain in my knees when I cycle. Considering the price and quality of the Swytchbike kit compared to other options, it is in my view by far the best way to enjoy electric cycling.”

“Video This is a Swytchbike I received my superb Swytch kit February 2019. I had no trouble fitting it to my mountain bike. YouTube link: https://youtu.be/GG2l0hwgl-Q 7 months on and my kit has been fitted to 5 more bikes. BMX, Mountain bike, road bike, downhill bike all have been great fun to ride. I even put the Swytch kit on my wife’s bike which is already electric making it an all wheel drive Ebike! I cycle in favour of driving a lot more than ever before. There is a lot of customisation possible with the computer allowing you to tailor it precisely to your requirements, It also works straight out of the box if you don’t want any complications. “Swytch 700c 50 mile kit We have had our Marin San Rafael hybrid bikes for about six years at our house in France. However, due to the pretty difficult hills around there, we had hardly used them. The conversion kit appeared to provide a really good solution, to using existing good bikes, with little wear and tear, without going down the ‘another new bike’ scenario! We had read a few reviews and seen some information on the net regarding the kits...but in the end we took a chance when we bought the two conversion kits. However, we have not been disappointed in any way at all! Great things 1. The kits arrived post free to our house in France. 2. Customer service re. a change of delivery address was good. 3. We took our time fitting the kits, and in all it took about 1.5 hours for both bikes. I had seen some reviews that suggested using sugru as an adhesive for the sensor, and had bought some in anticipation. That was a good thing, as it was needed for our conversion. The adhesive has been excellent. Adapting the sensor was easy. The whole conversion was without problems. 4. The power is easily adjusted, and in conjunction with gear changes, optimises the power available. 5. When we did have a minor problem, we had good support, and the issue was resolved very quickly. 6. We have cycled quite a bit since converting our bikes, and the power is delivered efficiently when you need it. This has included category 4 climbs. 7. The bikes don’t look like they are running on electric power! 8. The overall weight of the bike is considerably less than a pure electric bike. 9. Easy to fit. 10. Magic carpet experience. We would recommend it to anyone who wants Ann exsisting bike electrified”

“Strangely I came across the swytch ebikes kit by accident when I was looking for a way to carry a moped on the back of my campervan. I needed a way of getting about when my camper was set up on a site out of town. Turning one of my existing bikes into an ebike proved to be the ideal solution. The kit was easy to fit and a joy to use. It's also very cheap to use as I can charge the ba,ttery from the solar panels on my camper and unlike a moped there is no tax or insurance to pay. The swytch kit is a real no brainer for cost effective local transport.”

“Some problems setting up ie plastic flash in female PAS connector causing pin to bend once sorted and silicone spray has sorted front hub crunches and now completed 330 miles!!”

“It just works! It took me about an hour to electrify my Brompton. And then I went out for a quick 20 mile bike ride up the Hudson River (in NYC). This weekend I took it for a long ride in Vermont. It's so simple. Well done, Swytchers.”

“My Swytch kit is a life changer. I have a mobile bike business (Phototrike.com) and use a customized adult trike. There are plenty of e-bikes out there, but e-trikes? Good luck unless it's a recumbent. With my Swytch, it was easy to convert my 5 speed trike to an ebike! Now I can take my trike anywhere in the city and not have to worry about hills or showing up sweaty. It also helps me get going faster after coming to a stop. I honestly could not operate this business without Swytch.”

“A great little system. The 50 mile unit seems pretty efficient. Charges well, and propels you along nicely up to 15mph. Range seems okay, with 50 miles achievable at a lower assistance level or with more determined pedalling rather than relaxing! With very little pedalling (i.e. virtually none with an optional thumb throttle), you’ll still get around 20 miles out of the battery.”

“Love my Swytchbike kit! I set it up on my bike for riding around town and it’s super stylish and seemless. I can get pretty much anywhere without breaking a sweat. I’m in a one car household - definitely with Swytch there’s no need for a second car. I also find it really useful to have the detachable battery pack. I like that the bike doesn't stand out as an ebike due to how inconspicuous the kit is.”

“I have used my Swytch-kit for over 600 miles and, in general, I am very satisfied with my investment. There have been issues but they have mostly been the implementation of the kit and the setup of my bike. All but one issue was resolved with minor modification. I have yet to figure out how to use the additional throttle switch because of interference from shifter and brake collar on the handle. The motor has been as smooth and powerful as advertised. The (50-mile) battery has not quite reached that potential though I get satisfactory results of up thirty miles while still maintaining a significant level of power. The crew that put this together fumbled a few things initially, especially communication but they dealt with a number of hurdles that might have crashed a less motivated group. They get a lot of credit for their perseverance and the quality of the final product.”

“After some setup difficulties with the earliest beta kit, I have received excellent 1:1 e-Support and now use my bike almost daily to commute and visit patients - simply brilliant and commented on as the best e-bike conversion kit around by my Local Bike Store when taken in for a service.”
