“The ordering was straightforward . But there was a delay in delivery . The Royal Mint should have been more better at communicating . Instead it was a few weeks of tension . But it did eventually come and in good order”
“Phone lines and online chat were out of service for over 2 weeks. Delivery for coins ordered took over 2 weeks with little help from customer service email regarding exact delivery. I was told someone would call but never did and eventually I got a text with a tracking code and despite value of product didn't even have to sign for it - which is really surprising...”
“I placed my order & it took ages to arrive. I made contact via email as the phone lines down for weeks… who knows if there’ll ever be reconnected at this rate. Often no email reply back . I think half the emails published are incorrect , since no one ever replies. Live chat is terrible, no connect up and the teller number given doesn’t connect either . It’s like once order placed and money taken for the order that Royal mint doesn’t want to know anymore

But then there was a person called John who I belive works on the Facebook messenger side and he was absolutely amazing in helping to get this resolved and got one re sent out and was in perfect condition thanks to John for getting this resolved”
“Service is good and items are received well packaged etc, just wish there were more quality collectibles in the range. Also the handling of the latest Bee ÂŁ1 coin was a disaster, inflating prices and creating huge demand off the back of announcing a short run and then releasing more because of the demand was what you would expect of an unscrupulous company. Please release more limited runs similar to the norse gods, us collectors really want to buy your quality products, dennis the menace for example isnt it.”
