“Whilst the products are good, and will be a tresuerded momento for the people I purchased them for, perhaps you should offer free delivery as part of the purchase price.”
“Very bad customer support, it took them three months to amend my delivery address, just one word was missing, after numerous emails and messages and even a direct phone call and a written complaint it was finally amended, i missed out on bonus gifts with the coins was ordering and it did not arrive until late january so i missed out on giving the coins as christmas gifts as intended. Customer support did not support this customer.”
“Good morning,
The purchase process was simple, but unfortunately, I still haven't received the item because it's still showing up at Italian customs.
We hope to receive it.
Best regards”
“7 to 10 days delivery yet waits 6 weeks+.
Removes saved coins from basket.
Apparently have to do some bs checks before reiving purchased items.
Various colleagues have no clue what goes on
Scamsters that most likely don't have the physical items, or even the gold or silver that you purchased for their safekeep vaults.
Then further bs verification of account because it's been stagnant for a month.
Wtf, scammers.”
“I’ve always trusted the Mint and have spent a small fortune over the years (mainly commemoratives) but I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my purchases - or gold! Highly recommended.”
“Products and designs are very good but customer care and communication is extremely poor as well as delivery takes ages. Admitting mistakes and providing proper compensation are not available!”
“Poor customer service.
Ordered 2x 1oz Britannia coins. One arrived fine, the other turned up with a large scratch on the reverse… upon asking for an exchange it was said to have met their standards. Which I found poor.”
“Product quality and description exactly as I would have imagined and hoped for. But no 5 star rating? I thought the despatch time was somewhat tardy (being kind) for an internationally recognised brand name. I would certainly be inclined to make another purchase and would have complete confidence in the product.”
“The website where I could access the sttatus of my order was often inaccurate. It was alarming that the order was identified as settled and that it had been delivered, when in fact, neither things were true. This meant that I had to call the Mint to speak to advisers to be reassured that my orderthe valuables had not been delivered to the wrong person. One customer adviser was not well informed regarding how the order would be delivered, and whether proof of identitiy would be required.”
