“I'm very happy with my purchase. I was emailed the progress of my order & tracking number when dispatched. It arrived well packaged & in perfect condition.”
“I started to buys coins when my son was born for keepsakes and i have carried on with buying for friends children when they are born too. As always the coinc are beautifully packaged and arrive promptly - great service.”
“East to use website. Good communication from order to delivery. The dragon coin is stunning. Have purchased a few now . Ideal gifts for my grandson . A gift for him to collect and treasure.”
“For me the Royal Mint is a place I can trust to get the authentic items I require for my collection. Updates come as required so my experience is all good. Many thanks.”
“Unfortunately, the coin I received for my son was damaged. I would have hoped that an image of the coin would have been sufficient to have received a replacement coin (without the need for the coin to be returned, seeing as the coin is of unacceptable quality). Whilst I have received very polite and helpful emails in response to my emails about the blemmished coin, I now have to organise the packing and return of the coin - with is no nearby Post Office, this is a major inconvenience.”
“Happy with the service received, coins well packaged. Have since ordered a George & Dragon 1oz silver coin and will no doubt order more going forward.”
“I was waiting for delivery the silver Britannia coin I ordered and the was a huge delay. I was patient as it was close to Easter. I then received an email about storage fees with instructions how to set an account.
Horrible. This was my first silver purchase from The Mint and most likely will be the last.
I have to waste my time to sort this mess.
I have purchased silver Britannia coins from other companies and had no issues.
I just to pay for the item ordered the agreed price and get it delivered. Not that complicated.
Horrible,horrible”
“Over the last four years, the Royal Mint has been my source for the most consummately quintessential numismatic treasures that can be acquired, and which span a nearly incomprehensible diversity of unique, timely, and historical specimens, and Collections.
I must admit that collectively my acquisitions from the Royal have come to represent a considerable part of my collection. Further through such acquisitions, and most particularly as an American, I have learned key historical facets of not only British and United Kingdom history, but that of humanity as well.
I have long recognized that the most precious asset of any enterprise or entity is not its holdings, it’s profit loss analysis in favor of that organization’s success, but rather it’s their people and this fundamental principle facilitates the transition from mere success to success and significance.
Our interactions with Terresa in accounting was instrumental in bringing our experience from the February Trial Peace auction to reality, in conjunction with our productive alliance for product acquisition with Rachel, has made many things possible who, without which, may not have transpired.
There is a reason why the Royal Mint and it’s greater than 1100 year history (only exceeded chronologically by the Monet de Paris; 864) has come to be recognized as the source for the most sought after and highly coveted numismatic specimens in the world. Those specimens are struck with the highest quality available in the production of coinage, but also the evolution of modern techniques coupled with a commensurate level of dedication to quality assurance has resulted in the Royal Mint being recognized throughout the world as the Mint that is second to none.

“Very creative products and professional service. I hope the puzzle coins such as The Penny Dropped will be opened to the world in the future! I purchased one for all my family in Australia:)”
