Unfortunately, I have not yet received the coins I ordered. The shipping documentation was missing a copy of the order with a detailed description of the coins. Therefore, Italian customs have blocked the shipment.Just yesterday, I emailed a copy of the order to resolve the situation. I remain awaiting receipt.

These were sent in a "non secure" parcel through Royal Mail and were missing by the time the parcel reached me! 14 days later and I have still not had an answer as to what will happen now!
Extremely stressful! I ordered from Royal Mint as I felt it was foolproof and secure rather than other "unknown" online companies, I am astounded that something of such high value was sent through such a non secure method and am extremely worried at the lack of communication. It took 11 days for investigations to email me and ask for photos of the parcel and I have had no contact since! Be very careful if ordering high value items!”
“The package was well packed and arrived undameged except that the deliverer stuffed the parcel into my large letterbox (the recommended size) rather carelessly and slightly crushed the storage pack. But only slight damage and not bad enough to complain.”
