Beware though-I find you only need a very very small amount of milk though- otherwise the consistency is too watery- sometimes I have to add an extra packet of puriton if I've used too much milk- but hey- exta protein and I feel really full for a long time. It's really filling, really tasty, and I love it!”

I have to say I was nervous as other products make we want to "hurl" the texture and sweetness are just not for me. Purition is like a breath of fresh air, it tastes totally natural and you can actually taste the nuts and seeds . Yes it grainy but in a good way. So far I have had 5 flavours all delicious and more importantly clean. Tastes fab in yoghurt or as a shake. Converted my hurling days are gone thanks goodness ! I use protein milk so each shake is just over 30g of protein or with 200g of Greek yoghurt and again it's around 34g protein . Perfect start to the day.”

“I purchased 4 bags of your new Protein and Fibre product on an introductory offer to try it out and I am hooked. I tasted each of the 4 delicious flavours as soon as they arrived and made a brunch shake straight away. The powder blends so easily and you get a thick, creamy shake with just a slight hint of sweetness, that kept me full for hours. I particularly love mixing the vanilla with coconut milk though, it's a winner for me. I've also made pancakes with them and I much prefer this product over normal Purition that has a grainy texture. So versatile. Alternate between the smoothie - lovely and satisfying, the porridge recipe - delicious and warming, the yoghurt recipe - delicious and crunchy and my favourite-the overnight oats - perfect on the go breakfast.
The mixes are delicious, textured, not a fine powder, and extremely filling.
