“Surprised at how good these are and definitely feeling better for having them once or twice a day. Great for when you're busy or on a tight schedule as they are so quick to make up. I love that they fill me up and keep me going for about 4-5 hours, but what I love more is that they are not full of rubbish which bloat you out and make you really gassy (unlike some which are full of guar gum - vile stuff).
Purition tastes good - not sickly sweet and keeps hunger at bay. I'll add bananas and some soft fruits to my blends and more milk if necessary. Love using almond and coconut milk with them. A really good product.”
