“Currently using Purition to help me lose some weight as the shakes fill you up and they do make you less inclined to keep snacking. The flavours aren't terribly strong and after trying the new limited edition strawberry and banana flavour which contains only 3% of each flavour, it doesn't really taste of very much. Adding some additional fruit to the shake makes it more enjoyable.”
