We’ve since refunded the duplicate order in full, confirmed there was no need to return the extra items, and paused the subscription as requested. We’re also reviewing what caused the duplicate order so it doesn’t happen again.

We did update our vegan Wholefood Nutrition recipe a while ago, moving from a pea, hemp and sunflower protein base to pea and fava bean. That change means the taste and texture can feel a little different from the older version you may remember from before.
We make everything ourselves in small batches using real ingredients, so the flavour stays natural and close to whole foods, but we know that personal preference plays a big part.

I’m really sorry your order didn’t arrive as expected. We’ve since been in touch with you directly and identified that the wrong house number was captured at checkout, which meant the courier couldn’t deliver. Your parcel was returned and resent to the correct address straight away.

“Love the product and have been a customer since 2021. Moved to the US last year and was pleased that I could continue to buy with free delivery. Just ordered another $100 of product and was stunned to have to pay $119.25 for delivery and duties. I realise tariffs have come into play, but feel Purition could have at least covered cost of delivery, which was $42.64, especially when they had left the “free delivery” claim on their US website, but didn’t honor the claim.”

I am very disappointed with Purition for the following reasons:
• Lack of Transparency: The choline content (3,550 mg per serving) is not listed on the online nutritional information. This crucial data was only provided in a separate printout inside my package (picture included).

You're right to question the choline value listed in your paperwork. It was a typo caused by an incorrect unit conversion from micrograms (µg) to milligrams (mg). The actual amount is 3.63mg per 40g serving – just 0.66% of the daily recommended intake. It's not listed on our website as it's not a significant amount.
We’re also sorry to hear about the trouble cancelling your subscription. This was linked to a temporary issue following a software update, but it has now been resolved.

“I got myself a selection of individual sachets to try. I did really enjoy the taste of the first one I had with oat milk, and the texture made me feel like I was consuming something really healthy and not overly processed. But- I had the most awful stomach pain afterwards, which meant I had to take painkillers. I tentatively tried another flavour stirred into Greek yogurt (I have to admit I enjoyed the taste of this less), but the pain came back :( Needless to say I won’t be using 6 other sachets I purchased as it just isn’t worth it- it really hurts! My diet is rich in fruit and veg so I’m very used to fibre, and I’ve used protein shakes in the past with no ill effects, so I don’t know what the issue is. It’s a massive shame because I really wanted to use Purition regularly.”

Many of customers have found success by blending longer (20-30 seconds) or adjusting their liquid ratio. You might also try adding frozen fruit or banana for a smoother consistency. Alternatively, Purition can be delicious stirred into Greek yoghurt or porridge instead of as a shake.

“I received my shakes today and was so excited to try them but unfortunately this is not for me. I got a mouthful of seeds and stuff that tasted disgusting is the only description I can give. I thought blending it some more would aid the texture and it did a bit but the taste was still horrible and I couldn’t even force it down.
