Find them really filling and I feel virtuous taking in all that healthy food. Although I get the reason for having seeds coarsely chopped and this was something I liked about this product, I am not a big fan of the consistency once it's prepared. Also, there is something odd in the flavour I can't really put my finger on what it is.
