“I get the sachet variety box. Am nearly 2 years into reversing ill health and inflammatory pain condition. Have lost 5 foot from my frame and now do weights and boxing. Am now trying to increase protein in my diet. Grab and sachet and a protein yoghurt and couple of pieces of fruit and that is lunch done. Also like for dessert in evening to stave off snacking. Much prefer with yoghurt and oats. Love that all natural and not sugar, fillers or other guck!”

“I've tried the beginners pack and enjoyed all the flavours. Favourite are the bakewell and choc/ hazelnut made with milk and oats as overnight oats. Keep me full till lunchtime and taste great. Easy change to make and great that it's all natural products.”
“Love it. Always hated other shakes mainly due to artificial sweeteners. These are great - natural ingredients and and ingredients that you know. And I love the ‘bits’ - makes it closer to ‘real food’. I don’t even blend - just use the shaker ball”
