“I'm so so glad I've found perition as I was diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia a few years ago and I have to limit my carb intake . “I love it in general, I have tried three different flavour - vanilla, strawberry and pecan nut - and out of those two had coconut in it. When on the website, you cannot read the ingretients. I am not a big fan of coconut, so it spoilt a bit my experience, as I was looking forward to strawberry flavour and pecan nut flavour, but the coconut overtook the flavour. So maybe you could ensure, that I can read on the website if there is coconut in it or not, sothat I can chose a different flavour.

I tried all the flavours in the sample box and found is difficult to pick just 2 for my second order of big bags, it might sound silly but they just taste good for you ! Some are smoother than others but I don't bother to blend them anymore as I like the texture,especially the nutty ones. I've been having one for a late breakfast,around 10 am,I have lunch at 2 but in the evening I'm not very hungry at all so I just have soup or boiled egg.
Occasionally I've replaced another meal instead of breakfast and I don't feel tempted to snack at all ,I'm sleeping better too,I actually look forward to a ' smoothie' or porridge,I feel I have more energy and have lost a little weight which is great, I can't praise Purition highly enough.”
