“Started a new calorie deficit routine and the purition single sachets and large bags or power have been the best part of this new routine ensuring I have a high protein breakfast every day. I have lost 6kg and managing to keep it off. There are loads of great choices of powder flavors, the starter kit is good to try them all and then chose a larger bag. I tend to buy a couple of single sachets to mix up flavours. The powder can be used with milk in a shake or with plain yogurt. I tend to mix into Greek yogurt and love having it daily and after 3 months am still enjoying it. Would really recommend this as a low calorie high protein easy breakfast or snack option if you want to lose weight or just up your protein intake. Super easy to make, decent price and arrives in 2 or 3 days from order.”
