“Excellent product. I've been hunting for a "real food" healthy alternative to diet and protien powers and this is idea. I love the fact that it has some texture (and a texture that feels like it is made of something other than chemicals). I enjoyed the variety of flavours in the starter packs, although I found some of them too sweet - I'm trying to wean myself off sweet things and I find stevia tastes sweeter than the equivalent sugar (but ideal when I want something naughty!).
Would love it if there were some other flavours besides the natural that didnt have sweetner added...
I regulalry have it as hot porridge with a handful of oats, berries and it is a lot less fuss - and cheaper - than the handmade mix of nuts and seeds that I used to add.
Andit is also fantastic if I need a very quick meal, mixed with whole or almond milk or in greek yoghurt.
I'm also trying out the lattes as an alternative to coffee - I find I prefer them with hot water and just a bit of milk (more like a tea than a latte). The colours are entertaining and the flavours are good if a bit subtle.”
