“Purition is full of natural goodness and very easy to make into a shake, pancake, porridge etc. I'm pre diabetic so have decided to have a low carb diet and Purition is ideal for this. 50g in the morning and sometimes at lunchtime too is ideal to keep me full for the next 4 hours. Most times I mix it with 250ml milk, but sometimes with 10% natural greek yoghurt and on occasions, I splash some double cream into the mix too. Double cream only makes a GORGEOUS porridge - simply devine and very low in carbs!! I know some 'complain' about the 'bits' - that haven't become a mush but that's what I love, the chunky crunchy parts that remain in the mix, so lovely to nibble. If I want smooth, I'd go to Hu*l but I want natural, good for me, filling, unprocessed and Purition is just this.”
