“I ordered purition because Iām trying to lose weight and I struggle with lunches. I wanted something which I could use as a nutritious lunch and take with me on days when I might go out.
I started by making shakes with my favourite oat milk. These are really nice whichever flavour you choose. During my second week I added the mixture to plain Greek yogurt which was equally delicious and also very filling.
I love that thereās such a good choice of flavours and that you can use them in different ways to ring the changes.
Iāve also noticed a weight loss already so Iām very glad that I decided to try purition.”

“I have tried so many different shakes over the years whilst trying to lose weight but they were all far too sweet & synthetic tasting for my liking. I now have type 2 diabetes & Purition absolutely fits the bill. It is not sickly sweet & I blend it using a no sugar soya milk, it fills me up with hardly any carbs at all & I am losing weight to boot. It is also good to know I am getting plenty of nutrients too.

“Always arrive promptly and this is useful when you nearly run out. I usually prefer the sachets, as I can have variety. The supplement s are tasty and a great addition to yoghurt. As a drink they certainly help you feel full and provide a substantial āmealā.”

I was really impressed with how smooth the shakes were when I first tried them and how satisfied I felt for hours after. I tried one with a banana blended in to a couple of flavours and this was deliciaous but I didn't need to with all of them. No sickly sweet taste but lovely gentle flavours and no horris after taste. Plenty to nibble as well!”
